We have shared baby hand and foot crafts with you for previous holidays, so why not continue the trend for

St. Patrick’s Day?

This adorable foot craft is a great way to document just how cute and tiny your baby’s feet are.  Don’t forget to write your child’s name and the date somewhere on their artwork.  Even though you believe that you will remember everything, it is likely that 10 or 20 years from now, you will not remember which child OR how old they were when they did this sweet footprint craft with you.

Love Child Organics makes delicious organic baby food in convenient, portable and squeezable pouches!  Since milk, formula and baby food are baby’s only treats, we thought it would be good to come up with a fun way to give your little ones a small gift this upcoming Valentine’s Day!

Next, make little tags and tie them to the pouches.  You can personalize the tags if you wish by writing a To: and From: on the back side.  If you need some help, see below for some printable sheets with pre-made tags to help you!

Who doesn’t love baby hand prints?

Every year, when we put up our tree, my favourite ornaments to put up are the ones with a story, specifically the ones that my children have made. Even when they were infants, we made ornaments with our children! We made clay hand prints and foot prints and every year when they were wee, we always made recordable ornaments with them saying a special Christmas message of sorts. Some messages are easier to understand than others, but regardless, this Mama is always guaranteed to get teary. Trust us when I say that you will cherish your little one’s hand print on a homemade keepsake ornament for many years to come!

Here is an adorable idea for turning your family’s hand prints into Santa ornaments from Nat Bourre :

Tips for Making Handprints and Footprints with Babies:
Have more than one wet/damp washcloth on hand BEFORE you begin.
Squeeze a small drop of soap into the paint and stir it in – this will help with clean up.
Strip baby down to their diaper as babies can be squirmy and this can be a messy endeavour.
Wear an apron or an old shirt yourself – did we mention this can be messy?!
Cover your work read with newspaper or an old towel.
