Dear MommiesFirst US Moms,
In an effort to improve your member experience, we are making some updates to our US shipping process. Here’s what you can expect with your August MommiesFirst box:


1 New (and Improved) Shipping Partners: We are working with a 3rd party logistics provider to transport your box from Canada to the United States. Once your care package enters the United States, it will travel priority mail via USPS. Using USPS Priority Service, it is estimated your box will arrive within 4-5 business days.


2 Email Notification & Tracking: You will no longer receive tracking information from Canada Post. Instead you will receive an email from MommiesFirst, with a link to www.frontierscs.com/tracking to follow your package. Your tracking number will be easy to remember too. Simply input the following: LAST NAME- MONTHYEAR. For example, the tracking number for Lorena’s upcoming box would be:  SCOTT-AUGUST2013.
Please note your unique tracking code is case sensitive (all caps) and there are no spaces!


3 Ship Date: Your box will take flight on the 16th of each month. If the 16th falls on a holiday or weekend, it will ship the next business day.
